By accessing or using the BNP Nashunama Service operated by Aiming Change for Tomorrow (ACT), you agree to these Terms of Use.
1. Authorised use
- Use is limited to authorised programme staff with valid accounts.
- You must not share your login credentials with others.
- You must enter accurate programme data and use the Service only for official purposes.
2. Accounts and access
Access may be granted, limited, or revoked by administrators according to your role and assigned Facility Centres. Unauthorised access attempts are prohibited.
3. Acceptable behaviour
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the Service.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or unrelated content.
- Do not export or share programme data outside authorised channels.
4. Intellectual property
Programme branding, software, and content remain the property of ACT and/or its partners, except where otherwise indicated.
5. Availability
The Service is provided as available for programme operations. We may update, pause, or modify features for maintenance or improvements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ACT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Operational decisions remain the responsibility of programme staff.
